Wonki Ware is made entirely by hand in South Africa. From mixing the clay to applying the final glaze, each piece passes through fifteen stages of skilled craftsmanship. Because every bowl is individually handmade, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Subtle variations in colour, glaze, shape and pattern placement are part of the charm that makes Wonki Ware truly unique.
